టిటిడి ధర్మకర్తల మండలి సమావేశంలో ముఖ్య నిర్ణయాలు

తిరుమలలోని అన్నమయ్య భవనంలో సోమవారం ఉదయం టిటిడి ధర్మకర్తల మండలి సమావేశం జరిగింది. టిటిడి ధర్మకర్తల మండలి అధ్యక్షులు డా|| చదలవాడ కృష్ణమూర్తి అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన ఈ సమావేశంలో ఈఓ డా||డి.సాంబశివరావు, రాష్ట్ర దేవాదాయ శాఖ ప్రిన్సిపల్‌ సెక్రటరీ శ్రీ జె.ఎస్‌.వి.ప్రసాద్‌, తిరుమల జెఈఓ శ్రీకె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు, తిరుపతి జెఈఓ శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌, సివిఎస్‌వో శ్రీజి.శ్రీనివాస్‌, ధర్మకర్తల మండలి సభ్యులు శ్రీభానుప్రకాష్‌ రెడ్డి, శ్రీ సండ్ర వెంకటవీరయ్య, శ్రీ డి.పి.అనంత, శ్రీమతి సుధా నారాయణమూర్తి, శ్రీమతి సుచిత్రా ఎల్లా, శ్రీమతి పి.అనంతలక్ష్మి, శ్రీమతికె.లలితకుమారి, శ్రీ పుట్టా సుధాకర్‌ యాదవ్‌, శ్రీ అరికెల నర్సారెడ్డి, డా|| పసుపులేటి హరిప్రసాద్‌, శ్రీ ఎవి.రమణ, శ్రీ డోల బాలవీరాంజనేయ, శ్రీ చింతల రామచంద్రారెడ్డి, శ్రీ కృష్ణమూర్తి పాల్గొన్నారు.

తిరుమలలో మాతృశ్రీ వకుళాదేవి విశ్రాంతిగృహం నిర్మాణానికి రూ.39 కోట్లు మంజూరు.

తిరుమలలోని వివిధ విశ్రాంతిగృహాల్లో ఫెసిలిటి మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌ సర్వీసులకు గాను రెండు సంవత్సరాలకు రూ.53.3 కోట్లు మంజూరు.

అప్పలాయగుంటలో కల్యాణమండపం నిర్మాణానికి రూ.3.10 కోట్లు మంజూరు.

తలనీలాల ఈ-వేలం ద్వారా జనవరి నెలకు గాను రూ.4.78 కోట్లు, ఫిబ్రవరి నెలకు గాను రూ.8.13 కోట్లు ఆదాయం లభించింది.

టిటిడి ఆగమసలహాదారు శ్రీ ఎన్‌.ఏ.కె.సుందరవరదన్‌ కాంట్రాక్టు కాలపరిమితిని మరో ఏడాది పొడిగింపు.

టిటిడి స్థానికాలయాలైన తిరుపతిలోని శ్రీ కోదండరామాలయం, శ్రీ కపిలేశ్వరాలయం, నారాయణవనంలోని శ్రీకల్యాణ వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారి ఆలయం, నాగలాపురంలోని శ్రీ వేదనారాయణస్వామివారి ఆలయాల్లో పూర్వ మిరాశీ, మిరాశేతర అర్చకులకు ప్రతి సంవత్సరం 5 శాతం పెంపుతో నెలకు రూ.33,000/- చొప్పున సంభావన ఇచ్చేందుకు నిర్ణయం.

తిరుమల శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలోని పోటులో పనిచేస్తున్న 332 మంది కార్మికులకు కాంట్రాక్టు కాలపరిమితి మరో ఏడాది పెంపు.

తిరుమలలోని ఉగ్రాణంలో పనిచేస్తున్న 65 మంది కార్మికుల కాంట్రాక్టు కాలపరిమితి మరో ఏడాది పెంపు.

శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వర అటవీ కార్మికుల సంక్షేమ సమాఖ్యకు చెందిన 172 మంది పొరుగు సేవ కార్మికుల కాలపరిమితి ఒక సంవత్సరం పాటు పొడిగింపు.

తిరుమలలో 5 సంవత్సరాల కాలపరిమితికి ఘనవ్యర్థపదార్థాల నిర్వహణకు బెంగళూరుకు చెందిన బ్రైట్‌ వేస్ట్‌ టెక్నాలజి సంస్థకు ఒక టన్నుకు రూ.4800/- చొప్పున చెల్లింపునకు ఆమోదం.

టిటిడిలో ప్రతి రెండు నెలలకు సరిపడా పప్పులు, జీడిపప్పును ఈ టెండర్‌, ఈ రివర్స్‌ ఆక్షన్‌ ద్వారా కొనుగోలుకు నిర్ణయం.

మూడు నెలలకు సరిపడా 15.30 లక్షల కిలోల సోనామసూరి బియ్యాన్ని కిలో రూ.41/- చొప్పున కొనుగోలుకు రూ.6.27 కోట్లు మంజూరు.

ఒక నెలకు సరిపడా 4 లక్షల కిలోల శెనగపప్పు ఒక కిలో రూ.65.51పై||ల చొప్పున కొనుగోలుకు రూ.2.62 కోట్లు మంజూరు.

రెండు నెలలకు సరిపడా 1.20 లక్షల కిలోల కందిపప్పును ఒక కిలో రూ.66.88పై||ల చొప్పున కొనుగోలుకు రూ.80 లక్షలు మంజూరు.
30 సెం.మీ చుట్టుకొలత గల 11 లక్షల కొబ్బరికాయలను ఒక్కొక్కటి రూ.13.34పై||ల చొప్పున కొనుగోలుకు రూ.1.25 కోట్లు మంజూరు.
ఎస్వీ గోశాలకు ఒక సంవత్సర కాలానికి సరిపడా 1790 టన్నుల పశువుల దాణా కొనుగోలుకు రూ.2.85 కోట్లు మంజూరు. అదేవిధంగా ఒక సంవత్సరానికి గాను 8600 టన్నుల పశుగ్రాసం(మొక్కజొన్న, వరిగడ్డి తదితర) కొనుగోలుకు రూ.2.84 కోట్లు మంజూరు.
పశ్చిమగోదావరి జిల్లా పెదవేగి మండలం దుగ్గిరాల గ్రామంలో శ్రీ సమబంధు శేఖరస్వామి ఆలయ పునర్నిర్మాణానికి రూ.1.42 కోట్లు మంజూరు.

విశాఖ జిల్లా చీమలపాడు గ్రామంలోని శ్రీ పోతురాజు బాబు ఆలయ నిర్మాణానికి రూ.12 లక్షలు, బుచ్చయ్యపేట మండలం వడ్డాది గ్రామంలోని శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారి ఆలయ నిర్మాణానికి రూ.30 లక్షలు మంజూరు.

ప్రకాశం జిల్లా కొండేపి మండలం నేతివారిపాళెం గ్రామంలో గల శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణస్వామివారి ఆలయ పునర్నిర్మాణానికి రూ.21.15 లక్షలు మంజూరు.

నెల్లూరు జిల్లా చిల్లకూరు మండలం కలవకొండ గ్రామంలోని శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనరసింహస్వామివారి ఆలయ ప్రాకార మండపం నిర్మాణానికి రూ.25 లక్షలు మంజూరు.

కర్నూలు జిల్లా వెలగలపల్లి గ్రామంలోని శ్రీ వాసాపుర వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారి ఆలయ పునరుద్ధరణకు రూ.27.90 లక్షలు మంజూరు.

అనంతపురం జిల్లా రామగిరి మండలం నసనకోట గ్రామంలో గల తిరుమల దేవర దేవస్థానం అభివృద్ధి పనులకు రూ.1.18 కోట్లు మంజూరు.

కడప జిల్లాలోని రాయచోటిలో కల్యాణమండపం నిర్మాణానికి రూ.1.25 కోట్లు మంజూరు.
నిజామాబాద్‌ జిల్లా ఆర్మూర్‌ పట్టణంలో గల శ్రీ లక్ష్మీ వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారి ఆలయ పునరుద్ధరణకు రూ.31.25 లక్షలు మంజూరు.

ఖమ్మం జిల్లా చంద్రగూడు మండలం అన్నపరెడ్డిపల్లిలోని టిటిడి చౌల్ట్రీ మరమ్మతులకు రూ.37 లక్షలు మంజూరు.
