Minister for BC Welfare Kollu Ravindra has visited Tirumala with his family members to offer his prayers to Lord Venkateswara. He had darshan of the diety during VIP break. After darshan, temple priests offered him Laddu prasadam and holy water at Ranganayakula mandapam. Later speaking to mediapersons, Ravindra said AP government is planning to provide Unemployment allowance soon. He prayed to god for the completion of Polavaram Project, and other welfare schemes started by Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
