TTD decided to give retirement to preists who have crossed 65 years

ttd meetingThe maiden Trust Board Meeting headed by its chairman Putta Sudhakar Yadav held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Wednesday. TTD administration took a series of important decisions in this meeting.

Henceforth retirement is also considered for Archakas who have crossed 65 years of age, said TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri Putta Sudhakar Yadav.

After the board deliberations, speaking to media persons, the TTD board chief briefed on some of the decisions taken during the meeting. He said, from the past one year, many decisions have been pending which were approved today by the board. He said, the next board meeting will be held on June 5.

Approvals by TTD Trust Board:

·Local Advisory Committee constituted for Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in New Delhi.

·For TTD investing deposits in banks, a sub-committee has been constituted.

·On the advent of Punarvasu Star every month, Arjitha Kalyanotsavam will be performed Chandragiri Kodanda Ramalayam
temples which was introduced in the month of January this year and it is approved by the board.

When some media persons sought EO to respond to the allegations made by Dr AV Ramana Dikshitulu, one of the Chief Priests of Tirumala temple, TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal said, as per the decision by TTD board, notice will be sent to him seeking his explanation for allegedly making some derogatory remarks on TTD.
