Tirumala Hills resembled Dwarka with Sri Krishna Janmastami celebrations

Sri Krishna Janmashtami recitation was held on Wednesday morning as part of the Sundarakanda recitation on the Thirumala Nadanirajanam stage praying to Srivastava to bring better health to people all over the world. On this occasion, Thirumala Hills resembled Dwarka with the remembrance of Govinda Nama by the devotees. The recitation program conducted by TTD in Tirumala reached its 125th day on Wednesday.

On the eve of Sri Krishna Janmashtami, the third chapter of the Dashammaskandham from Bhagavatam written by Vyasamaharshi was recited. Afterwards 20 devotees from Tirupati ISKCON performed the namasankirtana.

TTD Additional EO Shri AV Dharmareddy, Deputy EOs Shri Harindranath, Shri Balaji, SV Veda Institute Special Officer Shri Vibhishana Sharma, Thirumala Dharmangiri Veda School Principal Sri Sivasubramanya Avadhaani participated in the program.
