TTD releases 68,575 online Seva tickets for January 2019, Dial your EO excepts on 05-10-2018

The TTD on Friday released the online quota of 68,575 tickets pertaining to various ‘arjitha sevas’ performed inside the hill temple for the month of January 2019.

As many as 7,125 tickets which includes Suprabhatam (4425), Thomala and Archana (80 each) Astadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva (240) Nijapada darshan (2,300) have been placed under the online dip system.

The rest 61,450 tickets relating to other daytime rituals such as Visesha puja (2,000) Kalyanotsavam (13,775) Unjal seva (4,350) Arjitha Brahmotsavam (7,975) Vasanthotsavam (15,950) and 17,400 tickets of Sahasra Deepalankara Seva can be availed by the devotees under the online general category.

Tirunamadharana will be implemented to pilgrims coming for darshan of Lord Venkateswara with Srivari Sevakulu at the hi-fi security check point introduced in Vaikuntham I, said TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.

While answering the calls of pilgrims from across the country, as a part of Dial your EO program on Friday, the EO responding to a caller Sri Kiran Kumar from Prakasam saying that his suggestion is well taken and TTD will implement the same from Saturday (October 6) onwards immediately as every pilgrim will be covered while undergoing frisking at this crucial point.

Another caller Sri Srinivasulu from Anantapur sought EO to streamline the darshan inside temple for the benefit of common pilgrims for which the EO said surprise inspections will be carried out inside the temple with senior officers to avoid misappropriation if any.

Smt Lakshmi Devi from Bengaluru sought EO to allot certain quota of tickets to aged people during Vaikunta Ekadasi to which EO answered that it is not possible as nearly 1.70lakh pilgrims throng Tirumala during that time and all the privilege darshans remain cancelled.

Another caller Sri Naresh from Parvathipuram of Vizianagaram sought EO to consider private business persons also in Parakamani Seva for which the EO said they will look into the possibilities. When Sri Satyanarayana from Hyderabad sought EO to relax age limit for Parakamani seva if the volunteers are healthy, EO said it is not possible to make selections based on health.

A caller Sri Prasad from Hyderabad suggested EO to train employees and srivari seva volunteers rendering service inside sanctum not to drag pilgrims in a harsh manner while another caller Sri Ramesh from Hyderabad also complained of the rude behavior of security at JEO Camp office in Tirumala to which the EO said they will be instructed and trained again in soft skills.

Sri Rajendra, a caller from Tiruchanoor brought to the notice of EO about the dumping yard located between Renigunta and Tiruchanoor road which is proving to be hazardous on the health of pilgrims passing by the way. Reacting to the caller the EO said though the issue is not under the purview of TTD necessary action will be initiated to reduce the problem by negotiating with concerned authorities.

While callers Sri Ramanarayana and Sri Krishna from Guntur, Sri Sunil Kumar from Prakasam suggested EO on online dip system to which EO replied them that whichever are feasible will be considered.
