Mauritius Vice President Paramasivam Pillai visits Tirumala

Mauritius Vice President Paramasivam Pillai has visited Tirumala hill shrine and offered his prayers to Lord Venkateswara. Accompanied by his wife, Pillai had darshan of the deity during Kalyanotsavam break. After darshan temple officials presented Laddu prasadam and holy water to the VIP at Ranganayakula mandapam.

Speaking to reporters outside temple, Pillai said Indian President Ramnadh Kovind will attend the 50th Independence Day celebration of the Republic of Mauritius on 12 March this year. Mr Paramasivam Pillai invited AP CM Chandrababu Naidu as chief guest for the inauguration of 108 feet Srivari Idol in Mauritius on July 1st.
