A huge boulder weighing about one tonne landed on the Tirumala about seven kilometer from Alipiri on the second ghat road on Sunday due to rains. No one was hurt and the movement of vehicles was not affected due to the mishap. The TTD’s engineering department immediately got into action and removed the boulder to restore traffic on the road.
