AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his Family prays at Tirumala

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his family members visited Tirumala to offer prayers to the Lord Venkateswara on the occasion of the Fourth Birth Day of his Grandson Chi Devansh. Accompanied by his son and Panchayat Raj Minister Nara Lokesh, Hindupur MLA N Balakrishna, Nara Brahmani, Nara Bhuvaneswari and Nara Devansh, CBN had darshan of the deity today morning.

Later speaking to media persons outside temple, he said, that with the benign blessings of Lord Venkateswara he will strive hard for the overall development of the State of Andhra Pradesh and make it number one in all fields.

Earlier the Honourable CM and the members of his family entered Srivari temple through Vaikuntham Queue Complex 1. The Srivari Seva volunteers applied “Tirunamam” to the CM and other members. On his arrival at Mahadwaram, the Hon’ble CM was accorded with traditional “Isthikaphal” Swagatham by the temple religious staff amidst chanting of veda mantras accompanied by Melam and Mangala Vaidyam. TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal accorded warm welcome to the Head of the State.

The vedic pundits rendered Vedasirvachanam to the CM and other members of his family at Ranganayakula Mandapam. Later the TTD EO presented silk vastrams, laddu and teertha prasadams to Honourable CM of AP and his entourage.

Naidu and his family members later served annaprasadams in Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex (MTVAC) in Tirumala. The CM along with his wife Smt Bhuvaneshwari, his son and Minister of AP Sri N Lokesh, Brother-in-Law and Hindupur Legislator Sri N Balakrishna, along with their spouses served pongal and kichidi to pilgrims wearing Srivari Seva scarves and rendered service. Later they also had annaprasadam.

On the occasion of the fourth Birth Day of his grandson Chi Devansh, the Honourable CM has donated Rs. 26lakhs (that would suffice the needs of pilgrims for a day) to Annaprasadam Trust of TTD through e-Donation.

TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, CVSO Sri A Ravikrishna, SO Annaprasadam Sri Venugopal, Catering Officer Sri Shastry and other district officials were also present.
