Snakes creates panic among devotees in Tirumala

Venemous snakes sparked panic among pilgrims once again in the world famous hill shrine Tirumala. A 9 feet Jeripothu was spotted roaming near EO Camp Office. On the same way a 4 feet Cobra made its way to the Kalyanavedika on the path of Papavinasanam. The presence of the snake created commotion and kept residents and devotees prompting to alert snake catcher Bhaskar Naidu. After receiving call from TTD staff, Bhaskar Naidu reached the spot and managed to catch the snakes with the help of snake catching stick. Later he released the snakes into the forest.
