Vaikuntha Ekadasi, the most auspicious and challenging festival among the list of religious events that is being observed in Tirumala is scheduled on January 6 and Vaikuntha Dwadasi on January 7 next, the Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy held a review meeting on Thursday.
The Additional EO discussed in length about various arrangements including Annaprasadam, Health, Security, Accommodation which were made for the big fete during 2017 and 2018. He had also seen the arrangements of serpentine queue lines in 2017 and arrangements made in galleries in 2018 during this auspicious occasion through power point presentation.
He directed all the HoDs and officials of concerned departments to make better arrangements to the pilgrims in terms of darshan, accommodation, queue line management, sanitation, Annaprasadam, keeping in view the past experiences.
